Bruno Gabirro in Residency in LEC - 2006

The composer Bruno Gabirro was in Residency in the Lab for Electroacoustic Creation - LEC from April to July 2006.

In 2005 Miso Music Portugal created the Lab for Electroacoustic Creation - LEC, a residency programme for composers, in order to promote the new music creation.

Applications for creation residencies ate the LEC are open throughout the year.

Miso Music Portugal, pursuing its objectives of dissemination, promotion and the fostering of musical creation, created a residency program for electroacoustic musical creation in 2005.

Composer in Residency Program - VICC-Visby

Miso Music Portugal proposes annually a Portuguese composer for a residency in Center for Composers in Visby, Sweden.

The ISCM and the VICC - Visby International Centre for Composers (in Visby, Gotland, Sweden) have agreed on an annual co-operation program: the ISCM-VICC Composer in Residency Program.

15th International Electroacoustic Composition Competition - Música Viva 2014

In order to encourage the creation and the diffusion of new electroacoustic music, Miso Music Portugal promotes the 15^th International Electroacoustic Composition Competition MÚSICA VIVA 2014.

Piotr Roemer in Residency in LEC - Minstrel

The young Polish composer, theoretician, violinist and writer, Piotr Roemer, is Composer-in-Residence at the Lab for Electroacoustic Creation of the Miso Music Portugal, between January 21 and February 19. He is working on a new electroacoustic work, using the technical conditions of the Miso Studio. Piotr Roemer's residency at the LEC is co-financed by the European project MINSTREL and co-organized by the Polish Music Information Centre.

Sound Walk / Close, Closer 2013

The Lisbon Architecture Triennale, Miso Music Portugal and the Música Viva Festival 2013 convoked composers to send electroacoustic miniatures to be part of a sound installation of the Triennale. This year's edition under the theme Close, Closer. 

European Competititon for Live Electronic Music Projects 2013

The 2013 edition of the European Competititon for Live Electronic Music Projects organized by ECPNM and co-produced by Gaudeamus Muziekweek, by EULEC of Luneburgh and Miso Music Portugal awwarded with the 1st Prize the work "Do Desenho e do Som #3" by Filipe Lopes (Portugal).
