The Children's Choir of the University of Lisbon, directed by Erica Mandillo, will play Miguel Azguime's Assombro on 6th July at the Conservatory of Turin (Italy), and on July 15th at the Aula Magna (Portugal).

CIUL made its first public presentation in June 2005, in Aula Magna, Lisbon. Since then, it has been developing a new language, in which singing is associated with corporal and theatrical expression; Language that begins to make a difference and to have visible repercussions in the way of working of other congeners groups. CIUL has an eclectic repertoire, including composers such as Purcell, Bach, Haydn, Mozart, Cherubini, Rossini, Britten, Lopes-Graça, among others, with special emphasis on ethnic music and contemporary music. CIUL has made more than one hundred concerts / shows at home and abroad.
